Rajasthan Tour Plan
Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Vacations of Incredible Rajasthan starts with arrival at Delhi; where assistance awaits you, proceeds for transfer to hotel; Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi
We start our morning tour with New Delhi and visit Birla House - The Former Residence of Mahatma Gandhi. Later we visit the famous India Gate followed by the Houses of Parliament, Humayun's Tomb and the Qutub Minar - a perfect minaret towering 72.5 meters / 80.5 yards into the sky and there are 379 stairs inside the tower. Our afternoon concentrates on Old Delhi, starting with the famous Red Fort. Built by Shah Jehan, this was once the most opulent fort of the Mughal Empire. Next we visit Chandni Chowk and another Mughal majesty, the Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque. We end our tour with the visit to Raj Ghat, the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi. Overnight stay in Delhi (Breakfast).

Day 03: Delhi – Mandawa (250 kms/5 hrs drive)
Morning drive to Mandawa. The land of Shekha (Rao Shekhaji 1433-1488), Mandawa is known for its human and artistic enterprises. On arrival check into hotel. Later we explore Mandawa by visiting famous "The Open Air Art Gallery of Rajasthan" known for the plethora of plain red havelis, and this rich artistic region known as Shekhawati. The havelis, painted predominantly in blue, maroon, yellow green and indigo have beautiful wall paintings that adorn their walls. Overnight stay in Mandawa (Breakfast).
Day 04: Mandawa-Bikaner (250 kms/5 hrs drive)
After breakfast drive to Bikaner. On arrival check in to hotel. Later explore the Junagarh Fort- built in 1593 AD by Raja Rai Singh. This fort is a formidable structure encircled by a moat and has some beautiful palaces within. Then Lalgarh palace, this red stone palace was built by Maharaja Ganga Singh (1881-1942) in memory of his father Maharaja Lal Singh. It is an imposing building, with overhanging balconies and delicate latticework. Later we visit camel breeding farm set within the sand Dunes, the only farm of its kind in the whole of Asia. Overnight stay in Bikaner (Breakfast).
Day 05: Bikaner-Jaisalmer (333 kms/7 hrs drive)
In the morning after breakfast we drive to Jaisalmer. On arrival check in to hotel. Rest of the time is free. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer (Breakfast).
Day 06: Jaisalmer
Today sightseeing starts with visit the fort, built by Maharawal (Maharaja) Jaisal in 1156 AD, One of the 2nd oldest in Rajasthan. Next visit the Jain temple of the 11th century BC, Gadisar Tank, Folk Museum, Patwan Ki Haveli the most elaborate and magnificent of all the Jaisalmer havelis. In the evening, proceed to view a magnificent sunset in the endless sand dunes of Jaisalmer. Enjoy camel ride for adventure. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer (Breakfast).
Day 07: Jaisalmer-Jodhpur (300 Kms/6 hrs drive)
Today drive to the ‘blue city’ of Jodhpur. On arrival check in to hotel. Afternoon visit the Mehrangarh Fort spread over 5 kilometers on a steep hill and looking down 125 meters. Within the Fort are some magnificent palaces with superb collections of palanquins, elephant hawdahs, miniature paintings, musical instruments, costumes and furniture. Next visit Jaswant Thada- white marble memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II is a peaceful array of whimsical domes. Next we visit the museum at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, now a luxury hotel. Overnight stay in Jodhpur (Breakfast).
Day 08: Jodhpur-Udaipur (290 kms/6 hrs drive)
Morning we drive to Udaipur. En-route visit Ranakpur Jain Temples, constructed in the AD 1439. The Ranakpur Jain Temple was built during the reign of the liberal and gifted monarch Rana Kumbha in the 15th century. Arrive Udaipur and check in to hotel. Rest of the evening is free. Overnight stay in Udaipur (Breakfast).
Day 09: Udaipur
After morning breakfast we take tour of Udaipur. Visit City Palace Museum- grandeur and intricacy stroked all over in granite, marble and mosaic displayed in the sparkling white filigreed balconies and windows, ornate arches and cupolas atop magnificent octagonal towers. Next visit Jagdish Temple, Fateh Sagar Lake and Saheliyon Ki Bari or the Garden of Maids. At the end of Udaipur tour we take boat ride at Lake Pichola and visit Jag Mandir, the other island palace with a marble dome, is a marvel in red sandstone. Overnight stay in Udaipur (Breakfast).
Day 10: Udaipur-Pushkar (280 kms/5.30 hrs drive)
Morning drive to Pushkar. On arrival check in to hotel. Later we visit the most famous temple of Lord Brahma, said to be one of the few temples in the world dedicated to this deity. It's marked by red spire, and over the entrance gateway is the Hans, or goose symbol, of Brahma, who is said to have personally chosen Pushkar as its site. Next visit Pushkar Lake, another major attraction of Pushkar is the picturesque lake that is of immense significance for the follower of Hinduism because of its legendary origins. Overnight stay in Pushkar (Breakfast).
Day 11: Pushkar-Jaipur (140 kms/3 hrs drive)
In the morning after breakfast we drive to Jaipur, on arrival check in at hotel; Afternoon free to spend at leisure. Overnight stay in Jaipur (Breakfast)
Day 12: Jaipur
Morning, visit to Amber Fort and enjoy Elephant ride. Next visit Sheesh Mahal. Afternoon sightseeing of Jaipur. Jaipur – The Pink City, the capital city of Rajasthan, Jaipur was founded by Raja Jai Singh. The majestic city Palace, the Royal Observatory known as Jantar Mantar based on blue prints of Raja Jai Singh who was an excellent astronomer himself, Ram Niwas Gardens and Hawa Mahal are the main attractions of the city; Overnight stay in Jaipur (Breakfast)
Day 13: Jaipur – Agra (240 Km/5 hrs drive)
After breakfast drive to Agra en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri – Founded by Akbar, the buildings at Fatehpur Sikri is a unique blend of Hindu and Islamic architectural styles. Akbar was endowed with the gift of a son by the blessing of Sufi Saint Sheikh Salim Chisti and thus, he decided to construct a new capital for his empire with elaborate palaces, courtyards, pools, harems, tombs and a great mosque. However, lack of water supply led to its desertion soon after. A World Heritage site, its highlights are Panch Mahal (Palace of Five Storeys), Buland Darwaza and Dargah of Sheikh Salim Chisti. On arrival in Agra we check in our hotel. Overnight stay in Agra (Breakfast).
Day 14: Agra - Delhi (203 Km/4.30 hrs drive)
In the morning after breakfast we proceed to visit the seventh wonder of the world, the majestic marble edifice, Taj Mahal. Later visit the Red Fort and Itmad –ud –daulah, the tomb of Emperor Jahangir’s father in law who earned the title that meant ‘Pillar of the State’; after sightseeing we drive to Delhi for our onward destination flight.
